This includes a 5% price rise for bookings for dates of 30 March 2026 onwards
A security deposit of £250 may, in some circumstances, be required for parties and similar events in the main hall. This is fully refundable unless there has been damage or exceptional cleaning costs incurred, in which case our costs will be deducted.
A £50 up front booking deposit will be charged when booking an event more than 3 months ahead, the balance payable closer to the event. This is not refundable in the case of cancellation.
You must book enough time to allow for setting up and clearing away within the period you have requested.
** Parties after 18:00 on Friday are charged at weekend rates
Regular meetings after 18:00 on Fridays or Weekends are charged at weekday rates on condition they stand down should there be an overlapping request for a party.
Bar hire is for a minimum of 3 hours, finishing at the same time as the end of the booking.
