A security deposit of £250 is required for parties and similar events in the main hall. This is fully refundable unless there has been damage incurred, in which case costs will be deducted.
A £50 up front booking deposit will be charged when booking an event more than 3 months ahead, the balance payable closer to the event.
You must book enough time to allow for setting up and clearing away within the period you have requested.
** Parties after 18:00 on Friday are charged at weekend rates
Regular meetings after 18:00 on Fridays or Sundays are charged at weekday rates on condition they stand down should there be an overlapping request for a party.
Bar hire is for a minimum of 3 hours, finishing at the same time as the end of the booking.
